Article 1 (Application)
These terms define the conditions of use for DipRadar52 (the "Service"). Users agree to these terms before using the Service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"User" refers to an individual who registers and uses the Service. "Content" refers to stock price data, drawdown information, etc. provided by the Service.
Article 3 (Registration)
Users must provide accurate information when registering. Registration with false information is prohibited.
Article 4 (Fees)
The Service offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Pro plan costs $2.50/month or $25/year.
Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not: - Use Service data for unauthorized commercial purposes - Place excessive load on servers - Interfere with other users - Violate laws or regulations
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
Stock data provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. Invest at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data.
Article 7 (Service Changes)
We may change or temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice.
Article 8 (Account Deletion)
Users may delete their account at any time from Settings. No refunds for remaining Pro plan periods.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property)
Intellectual property rights for the Service belong to the operator. Stock data copyrights belong to the data providers.
Article 10 (Governing Law)
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
